Building a Timeless Brand for House Realty

House Realty is an upcoming real estate company in Nelson Tasman, and I was brought in right at the start to help shape a brand that feels premium, elegant, and built to last.

  • I worked closely with the client to really nail down what they wanted the brand to feel like – not just how it looked. The brief was clear:

    • Elegant and timeless

    • Premium, but still approachable

    We landed on a deep dark green paired with silver as the hero colours – a combination that feels polished, grounded, and classic.

  • Together, we finalised a full font suite that supports the brand’s personality – clean, refined, and easy to read across print and digital. From there, all logo variations were created and exported into multiple file types so the team had everything they needed for any use: web, print, signage, social, and more.

  • To make the brand truly usable in-house, I set up a Canva brand kit/template for the internal team. This means they can create on-brand marketing materials themselves without constantly starting from scratch or going off-style.

  • House Realty also received a full suite of branded assets, all designed to scale and ready for real-world use, including:

    • For Sale / Sold signs

    • Business cards

    • Property flyer template

    • Notepad design

    • Appraisal pack

    • Open home flags

    • Open home sandwich boards

  • To tie everything together, I created brand guidelines so the look and feel of House Realty stays consistent as they grow – covering colours, fonts, logo use, spacing, and general tone.

This project has laid a strong foundation for House Realty as they step into the market – with a brand that feels polished, professional, and future-proof, ready to roll out across every signboard, listing, and marketing piece in Nelson Tasman.
